My Chess Bio:.. - Chess.com
Fast forward to 2007, I rediscovered chess on a website called itsyourturn.com. There I played turn-based chess almost daily. When that website folded (or maybe went up on their pricing) I wound up here on chess.com. Since then I have played turn-based chess (3 days/move) almost exclusively.
Move. Its your Turn - Chess Forums
I have played so far 23 completed games. I have never unneccessarily delayed a move and all those who have played (or are playing) agisnt me would acknowledge the fact. Unfortunately I happened to engage with a couple of players who had to play two simultaneous games agaisnt me. No doubt, they are better...

Coming Back after a Layoff - Chess.com
Don't worry about training or getting better - just enjoy chess. I started playing a couple correspondence games here on chess.com as well as "casual" games on itsyourturn.com. I wanted to share a recent casual game where I created a weakness for my opponent and was able to use it to confuse him eventually leading him to blunder.

It's a good correspondence site that has over 10 chess variants as well as many other games. Any other good...
the best of my Crazy Screen Chess games so far
From my correspondence game on itsyourturn.com At the beginning of the game, you place your pieces on your half of the board. Neither player sees the other's pieces until both have set them up.
rock sacrifice - Chess Forums - Chess.com
I am seeing a lot of missed moves on White's side this whole game. 28. Rb1 shouldn't even have happend and wouldn't have happened against a decent player. 28. g4 would have been a much better play for this spot. Trading off a bad white knight for a strong black knight would be nice here. Regardless, this will lead to a black win.

do you know xiangqi (chinese chess)? - Chess Forums
I was actually thinking of playing a bit of this type of game. Are there any good sites to play on? chess.com is just so good and convenient that it probably makes all chinese chess sites feel really bad. itsyourturn.com has just about everything. But you're right, not as nice as chess.com (and no live games, just the correspondence type).
